Charlotte O’Halloran

Charlotte O’Halloran is the Chief Operating Officer at Fortlake, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business.

Charlotte has over 25 years’ experience within the finance and banking industry in Australia and internationally. Prior to working at Fortlake, Charlotte worked for Tactical Global Management Ltd (TGM) for a period of 13 years. Over that time, Charlotte worked in the role of Operations Manager, followed by Director Compliance & Operations. Charlotte was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the back office, fund compliance, regulatory compliance and the customised back office, in house system, for TGM’s client base. In addition to this, Charlotte was also in charge of managing the middle and back office services provided to Fortlake Asset Management on a daily basis. Before working at TGM, Charlotte worked at DDH Graham Ltd for 5 years in the money market division performing roles across the front and back office departments and also working across various roles in the finance and banking industry in London and New Zealand.

Over Charlotte’s working career, experience has been gained in various areas including middle/back office operations, fund compliance, regulatory compliance, risk management, settlements, reconciliations, performance, OTC derivatives, customer services, banking, accounting, project management, IT system implementation and staff management.

Charlotte has a Bachelor of Business from Massey University majoring in Finance and also a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Australian Institute of Business (AIB).
