Charlotte O’Halloran is the Chief Operating Officer at Fortlake, where she is responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day operations.
Charlotte brings over 25 years of experience in the finance and banking industry, both within Australia and internationally. Before joining Fortlake, she spent 13 years at Tactical Global Management Ltd (TGM), where she initially served as Operations Manager and later advanced to the role of Director of Compliance & Operations. During her time at TGM, she was responsible for overseeing daily back-office operations, fund compliance, regulatory compliance, and the management of a customised in-house back-office system designed for TGM’s client base. Additionally, she handled the daily delivery of middle and back-office services provided to Fortlake Asset Management.
Prior to her tenure at TGM, Charlotte worked at DDH Graham Ltd for five years within the money market division. There, she held roles spanning both the front and back office. She also gained valuable experience in various finance and banking roles across London and New Zealand.
Throughout her career, Charlotte has developed extensive expertise in multiple areas, including middle and back-office operations, fund compliance, regulatory compliance, risk management, settlements, reconciliations, performance analysis, OTC derivatives, customer service, banking, accounting, project management, IT system implementation, and staff management.
Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Massey University, majoring in Finance, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the Australian Institute of Business (AIB).
