Jon Lechte

Non-Executive Director

Jon spent 14 years at UBS as the Head of Asia and Japan for Fixed Income and Debt Origination and Head of Fixed Income for Australia. He was a member of the UBS Investment Bank Board and was also a Founding Director for Yieldbroker back in 1999. In 2015 he joined the Advisory Board of Moneyme (ASX: MME) and joined the Board when Moneyme listed in 2019, with responsibility for the Audit and Risk committee.

Jon joined the Cashwerkz Group as CEO in early 2020 and in that short time has launched Bond Income, the Bond trading business and a fund incubator called Fund Income. He is a founding Director of the Fortlake Asset Management business, the first fund to be launched within the Fund Income incubator. Jon was an Executive Director of FIIG between 2008 and 2015 and was Head of Markets there for much of that time. He divested from FIIG in 2015 and has spent the past few years investing and advising a number of start-up businesses in a wide range of industries.

Jon has a Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance from Monash University and is a Graduate of AICD.
